Return for items purchased online can only be processed via online.
If manufacturing defect is confirmed on the returned products, we will give you a complete refund based on the price of sale including the charges you have accrued of delivery and return. The refund will always be paid using the same payment means you used to pay for your purchase.
All items must be in the original selling condition (new, unused, unwashed, unaltered or defective) with all tags attached. Original invoice is required for return within 14 days from date of order confirmation. Items returned without original tag, or damaged item, may result in a delayed refund or may not qualify for a refund.
Exceptions / non-returnable items - Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as wet wipes / detergents). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
To request a return, email@example.com . Upon assessment confirmation, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
